Most of our handcrafted furniture pieces are delivered within 7-14 business days. For oversized items requiring white-glove delivery, please allow up to 3 weeks for scheduling and assembly.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Maison & Fitch ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order departs our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's real-time monitoring portal.

Are your wood products sustainably sourced?

Yes, we are committed to environmental responsibility. All Maison & Fitch wooden furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber sourced from responsibly managed forests.
